The Welsh Truffle Company are growers of summer truffles otherwise known as burgundy Truffles (Tuber Aestivum / Uncinatum) and Winter Truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) otherwise known as Perigord Truffles.
Their truffles are top quality, with an aroma and taste that is unique to wales. They currently supply up-market restaurants and eateries all over Wales and the UK. They were the first to cultivate the summer truffle in Wales and the first to cultivate the winter perigord truffle in the United Kingdom.
Their Orchard is located on the Monmouthshire / Torfaen border at Monskwood, near Usk.
