About

Goytre Hall Wood is 3.5 hectares of gently undulating broad-leaved woodland, set amongst a similarly flowing farmscape of small fields and woods. It is just east of the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal and the Goytre Wharf Canal Centre, to which it is linked by a 400m path.

The wood is especially beautiful in the spring when it is carpeted by bluebells.

Goytre Hall Wood is managed by the MonLife Countryside Department.
