This September Monmouth's Bridges charity celebrate their 40th Anniversary. They are undertaking a years worth of fundraising events beginning with a very special gala dinner cooked by celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala OBE.

Cyrus regularly appears on cooking television shows such as BBC One's Saturday Kitchen, UKTV Food's Market Kitchen, ITV's Daybreak and Channel 4's Drop Down Menu.

He will be cooking a special Portuguese / Goa inspired menu, as well as a dessert that he cooked for the Queen's Jubilee dinner!
