Join forager Adele Nozedar for a half day foraging course, starting from The Angel Hotel, Abergavenny.

You'll learn all about the skills of foraging and find some great plants and fungi for the pot. Discover what to pick (and what not to pick) in your own local area.

Courses meet at 10am for a 10.15 start and run on the last Sunday of the month from March to October.

Cost is £35.00 per person, payable in advance, children 12 and under go free.

Road Directions

Take junction 26 off the M4, and follow directions to Abergavenny (A4042). At the Hardwick Roundabout, take the 2nd exit, signposted Town Centre. Pass the train and bus stations on your right hand side. Carry straight on until you reach a crossroads and The Angel is on the left hand side. If you turn left in front of the hotel and follow the road round to the right, our car park is on the right hand side. For more detailed directions, contact us by telephone or e-mail.

Public Transport Directions

Abergavenny Bus Station is only 5 minutes walk away (turn right out of the Bus Station ionto the main street) and Abergavenny Train Station is only 15 minutes walk from the hotel. We would be happy to arrange transport to and from the train station.
