In partnership with Silver Circle Distillery, join Chloe from Gourmet Gatherings on a wild botanicals foraging trip, then use your foraged items to make your own gin or vodka!
This four hour experience will start with foraging along the Severn Estuary near Chepstow with a 1.5 hour guided walk including beautiful views. You'll learn how to forage for incredible wild experiences, plus all about each plant and wild ingredient. We'll then pick a handful to use in a signature gin or vodka back at Silver Circle Distillery (a 25 minute scenic drive away up the Wye Valley).
Upon arrival, you will enjoy a refreshing Wye Valley gin & tonic, before learning all about how gin is made (including samples!) from the expert distillers, then producting your own gin or vodka to take away.
