Join this new and exciting event and help raise oney for St. David's Hospice Care as we swim, kayak and Stand-Up Paddleboard across Llandegfedd Lake!
There's two options to try :
The Big one
Start with a 750m Swim, transition into a 1000m Kayak and then onto a 1,000m SUP to finish.
The Small one
Start with a 400m Swim, transition into a 500m Kayak and then onto a 500m SUP to finish.

If you are using a satnav, please use NP4 0SY.
However, note that the best route to the lake is via the village of New Inn and Sluvad Road. If approaching from the south, please do not exit the A4042 at the Croesyceiliog (Crematorium) Roundabout but continue on to the Craig-y-Felin (New Inn) Roundabout and turn right onto Newport Road and follow the signage thereafter on to Sluvad Road. Ensure you continue over the hill and past the water treatment works and our beautiful destination will appear before you.
