About

Join Swim into the Wild for a winter retreat in Monmouthshire. The retreat is run by Emily and Kate, who are both keen outdoor swimming coaches. There will be daily opportunities to swim outdoors in this natural pool, then warming up in either the wood fired or infrared sauna.

Other activities on offer include Yoga and Sound bath, Indian Head Massage, Brownie making Masterclasses but everything is optional and you can just relax in the countryside!

We'll also be joined by Cath Pendleton one evening for a talk and Q&A session on how she became the first woman to swim an ice mile in the Antarctica.

Fully catered and accommodation in a variety of glamping pods or in the main farm house, all options warm and cosy!
