Sat alongside the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal at Goytre Wharf, Penelope’s Café is an ideal stop for tasty food and refreshing drinks with both indoor and outdoor seating.

We offer Barista coffee, alcohol, cakes, hot/cold food. Open weekdays 10.30am-3.30pm (Closed Mon & Tues) & Weekends 10am-4pm. Dogs very welcome 🐕 kitchen closes 30 mins before closing.
