About
The Huntsman Hotel has been in the Moles family since 1986. The hotel has seen three generations of family live and work here. They still do.
Many parts of the building, like the main lounge, have been refurbished many times over the decades and is estimated to be over 200 years old.
The hotel offers local beers and uses local produce wherever possible. Serving the community is a high priority and free use of a meeting room to local societies (Shirenewton History Society, Chepstow Agriculturual Society, etc…). Supporting local charities and promoting music and arts (Shirefest) is another big part of The Huntsman Hotel’s everyday life.
