About

St Jerome’s is a 12th century church built of Old Red Sandstone, with many remarkable Tudor and Victorian decorative fittings. Of particular note is the late medieval rood screen, restored in the 19th century and containing great detail and design.

St. Jerome's open daily, and managed by the Friends of Friendless Churches.

St Mary the Virgin, Llanfair Kilgeddin, AbergavennyGrade I listed medieval church which was rebuilt in the 1800s, carefully reusing some of the earlier fabric – such as the 15th-century rood-screen, stained glass and tracery.
