Join expert forager Freya Rimington for a great introduction to summer foraging in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside around Growing in the Border.

This 3 hour workshop includes a slow-paces walk (that is uphill in some areas) over the fields and woodlands of the Monnow Valley, before finishing with a taster of the foraged food and wild drinks. You'll learn how to spot the hidden treasures all around us and discover the tricks of the foraging trade.
