New Year's Day Festive Forage

Discover the best Winter herbs, spices, berries, vegetables, salad leaves, fungi, roots, foliage & more! I will take you to an especially bountiful spot along the Severn estuary in Chepstow, where we will spend 2.5 hours exploring the best Winter bounty, discovering how to find, sustainably harvest, and create delicious food and drink recipes, with each fantastic wild ingredient!

We will also enjoy festive wild sips and nibbles during the forage!

EXAMPLE MENU*:
~Alexander vodka liqueur
~Chestnut, miso, & brandy soup with mugwort focaccia
~Stinging nettle & woodruff cupcakes, with white chocolate & damson icing
~Wine mulled with scotts pine, wood avens root, hogweed seeds & juniper berries
